Job Description

Responsibilities: Profile Required: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule with clear action plans tailored to project requirements. Ensure the seamless setup of the supply chain within the system and confirm the manufacturing readiness of all departments. Oversee the planning and execution of pilot reviews, pilots, post-pilot reviews, and initial builds, culminating in a successful handover to Plant Management. Oversee product quality, cost management, industrial planning, and capital expenditures, from concept to mass production release. Create industrial scenarios aligned with SE's industrial strategy and select the most efficient approach. Estimate costs, capital expenditures (CapEx), return on investment (ROI), and associated risks. Define and implement the most effective manufacturing processes and technologies for component fabrication, assembly, and quality control. Optimize supply chain processes and streamline purchasing activities. Assess and select suppliers and manufacturing locations, considering both internal and external sources. Lead industrial projects aimed at enhancing productivity across the plants. Collaborate closely with design & engineering and marketing teams on OCP projects to ensure the product's optimal manufacturability. Optimize product costs, quality, and ROI by proposing solutions to streamline or optimize the commercial offering (e.g., number of references). Coordinate all industrial functions, including tools, electronics, assembly, advanced quality, and cost management, as well as purchasing. Lead and coordinate industrialization resources, including internal and external manufacturing plants, international resources, suppliers, and subcontractors. Take the lead on strategic projects, conduct feasibility studies, and execute based on management approval. Required Experience: Extensive experience in project management within related industries, with PMP certification being an added advantage. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams of project leaders. Deep knowledge across various industrialization fields, such as assembly, tooling, manufacturing processes, advanced quality, value analysis, and lean manufacturing. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, with preferred exposure to mass production. Expertise in jigs and fixtures is essential. Strong background in purchasing and finance functions. Experience with quality management systems and Six Sigma knowledge is a plus. Excellent people management skills. Diverse experience across different companies, positions, and international settings is highly valued. Other Skills and Attributes: Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
