Sr. Project Manager

MISPL is a rapidly growing IT services company that specializes in providing innovative software solutions to a diverse client base across various industries and geographies. We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to take charge of our development teams, ensure successful project completion, and enhance client satisfaction. As the Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile software projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, timelines, and reports, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring team performance. You will also be tasked with identifying and addressing project risks and issues in a timely manner, ensuring that all projects are completed within the specified timeline, scope, and budget. Additionally, effective communication with clients and internal teams, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular status meetings, demos, and post-implementation reviews, and promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement will be crucial aspects of your role. In order to be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a software development environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, a proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities, familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and MS Project, the capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently, client-facing experience, and robust stakeholder management capabilities are also essential requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in a morning shift setting. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in IT project management, project management tools, content management systems (CMS), mobile applications, client handling, and team management.
