Sr. Project Engineer - Planning & Co-ordination

As a Sr. Project Engineer - Planning & Coordination, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of industrial projects, specifically Warehouse & Logistics Park projects in Chennai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis. - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. - Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and providing solutions to keep projects on track. - Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to management and clients. - Utilizing project management software and tools to track project milestones and deliverables. - Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. - Participating in project meetings and providing technical support as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 6 to 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for industrial projects. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project). - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in project management consultancy is a plus.,
