Sr. Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Coordinator with a strong background in Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. Your coordination skills, deep understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban), and experience working closely with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. You will assist Scrum Masters and Product Owners in maintaining JIRA/Agile boards and sprint tracking, ensuring teams follow Agile best practices, removing roadblocks or dependencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership, maintaining project documentation, timelines, and sprint schedules, coordinating across multiple agile teams, driving communication between business, technical, and operational teams, and supporting resource planning, task allocation, and change management activities. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 4+ years of experience in project coordination, including 2+ years in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, and a detail-oriented focus on continuous improvement are essential qualifications. Preferred qualifications include Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe), experience in software development or IT project coordination, and familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices.
