Position: Sr. Project Coordinator (2-4 Years Experienced) Male

Location: Hyderabad
Working Mode: Fulltime
Timings: 09.00 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: 4–5 LPA
Qualification: B.Tech ECE/EEE/Mechanical

Hands-on experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, SolidWorks PDM, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Minimum Service Agreement (Bond): 24 Months

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ongoing project activities, ensuring that tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines are met.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting decisions and assigning action items.
• Work closely with project managers to create detailed project plans, including resources and timeframes.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and departments to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in project timelines and work with relevant teams to address these issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all project information is accurately documented.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
