Sr. Project Associate- CSR & Livelihoods

About the Position

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing ongoing livelihood project partnerships with leading companies under the CSR ambit. The incumbent will oversee a team of field coordinators working with women entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the onboarding of women entrepreneurs to meet project targets by coordinating with field coordinators.
• Implementing strategies to effectively mobilize entrepreneurs for training programs and promoting the adoption of training practices.
• Executing monthly and weekly training plans developed by the Project Lead in alignment with project timelines and tracking implementation progress.
• Conducting quality documentation of project activities, outcomes, and learnings through case studies, periodic progress reports, etc.
• Managing and supporting the ground-level team to ensure successful project execution.
• Conducting regular review and planning meetings with the ground-level team to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Refining entrepreneurs' business plans by following up with field coordinators.
• Visiting entrepreneurs periodically across all clusters to assess and monitor team performance.
• Liaising with various local stakeholders (wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, local administration) for effective program implementation.
• Ensuring spending aligns with the project budget.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the Project Lead.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• A minimum of two years of experience in promoting women-centric livelihoods and entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrated interest or knowledge in areas such as women entrepreneurship, business plan development, and enterprise setup.
• Experience in engaging with private and government stakeholders involved in women's livelihood promotion.
• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team, demonstrating patience, tenacity, and professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the local language ability to speak, read, and write.
• A postgraduate degree from a recognized university, preferably in Development Studies, Social Work, Management, Livelihoods Promotion, or Entrepreneurship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹555,000.00 per year
