Sr. Product Specialist - Implementation/Onboarding

As a candidate for the role at Zenoti, you will be responsible for various tasks that will contribute to the success of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Working with customers to define requirements and assisting them in adopting Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. - Conducting demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers. - Designing and setting up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers to ensure successful implementations. - Configuring Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios. - Identifying risks based on current product capabilities and implementing mitigation plans. - Addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Aligning your working hours to overlap with customer time zones to build relationships and provide exceptional service. - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics. - Demonstrating deep subject matter expertise in the product and a technical understanding of the product, integration points, and enterprise scenarios. - Maintaining complete documentation and following organizational processes for successful implementation. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs and key metrics according to the organization's goals. - Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and manage expectations effectively.
