Sr. Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner at NHR Technologies in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will involve conducting market research, collaborating with stakeholders, managing the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating product releases, facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams, and iterating on product features based on feedback and user validation. Your role will also involve collaborating with QA teams to ensure product quality, working with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly designs, and analyzing product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience in product management or a related role. A background in HR domain and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are desirable, as well as proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for technology and innovation are essential for success in this role.
