Sr. Product Owner

You should have at least 7 years of experience in the Banking industry focusing on one or more of the following work streams: - Data product: Expertise in data and analytics - Digital product: Expertise in digital platforms (Web, mobile, etc.) - Technical product: Expertise in Technical platforms - Experience/service: Expertise in client journeys, channels, services As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Defining and prioritizing the product backlog by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and working closely with the development team for successful product delivery. - Managing the product backlog and near-term roadmap, ensuring proper refinement, prioritization, and grooming. - Owning user stories, refinement process, and stakeholder management through ongoing collaboration and updates. - Writing specifications for minor features and contributing to specifications for major features. - Negotiating the implementation of current work and making trade-off decisions for high-quality product launches, escalating to management when necessary. - Identifying and triaging issues with specific features, understanding the interrelation of multiple features, and addressing complex problems. - Defining proper measurement and instrumentation for products to analyze post-release/launch results. - Partnering with the manager to make recommendations for feature enhancements. - Assessing the quality of existing user experience and providing recommendations for improvements. - Designing and developing scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python to support continual improvements for product teams. - Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. - Identifying hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture. - Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large and diverse data sets to enhance software applications and systems.
