As a Senior Product Consultant specializing in P2P, O2C, SCM, and FI, your role involves leading and managing product implementations and client engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into system configurations and solution designs. Additionally, you will customize, configure, and support ERP systems, provide guidance on best practices, drive workshops and training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage product implementations and client engagements related to P2P, O2C, SCM, and FI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional specifications, and solution design. - Customize, configure, and support ERP systems or other enterprise applications. - Provide guidance on best practices, business process improvements, and product adoption. - Drive workshops, training sessions, UATs, and go-live activities. - Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to product enhancements. Mandatory Skills & Experience: - Minimum 7 to 13 years of experience in enterprise product consulting or ERP implementations. - In-depth understanding and practical experience with SCM (Supply Chain Management). - Strong functional knowledge of Financial Integration (FI) modules. - Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar. - Strong business process understanding with the ability to map requirements to system functionalities. - Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. - Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/MM/SD, Oracle SCM, etc.) are a plus. - Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries is advantageous. - Willingness to travel between Noida and Haridwar as needed.
