Sr Process Architect Aerospace

As a Process Assurance Engineer, your role involves designing, optimizing, and managing product design and development processes to meet international standards. Your main focus is to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize over 8 years of experience in full product development life cycle projects, including involvement in at least two full life cycle product development and certification processes. - Demonstrate quick learning abilities, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities. - Apply knowledge of process assurance principles and practices, along with experience in standards such as ARP4754, ARP4761, DO178, DO254, ISO 26262, IEC 61508. - Utilize expertise in avionics systems engineering, covering hardware, mechanical parts, and software. - Familiarity with systems engineering development processes according to standards like ARP-4754, DO 254, or DO 178. - Understand FAA or EASA certification processes and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in process assurance principles and practices. - Knowledge of standards such as ARP4754, ARP4761, DO178, DO254, ISO 26262, IEC 61508. - Expertise in avionics systems engineering. - Familiarity with systems engineering development processes. - Understanding of FAA or EASA certification processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize organizational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities include analyzing existing QMS processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions. Furthermore, you will conduct process studies, simulations, experiments, and data analysis to optimize performance and develop process control systems and technologies. Additionally, you will analyze workflows across departments, review KPI monitoring systems, and create analytical processes to support business decisions. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and guide teams in process compliance will be crucial. Possessing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience in auditor functions will be beneficial.
