Sr Presales Business Analyst(5-8 Yrs)

We are seeking a senior Pre-Sales Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in technology solutioning and pre-sales support.

The role focuses on translating complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective technology solutions while supporting sales teams in winning new business.

A Day in Your Life:

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

Lead requirement discovery sessions and solution discussions with enterprise clients

Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and own end-to-end pre-sales BA activities

Work closely with Sales to shape solution narratives, value propositions, and proposals Business & Solution Analysis

Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and solution architecture diagrams

Validate scope, effort estimates, timelines, risks, and dependencies with tech teams Stakeholder & Proposal Management

Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams

Support technical demos, PoCs, and client presentations

Contribute to pricing inputs, commercials, assumptions, and SLAs Skills in the spotlight:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong pre-sales exposure

Proven experience working on technology-driven solutions (SaaS, Web, Mobile, Cloud, Data, AI)

Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses and solution design

Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills

Ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Domain exposure to EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, BFSI, Healthcare, or Digital Platforms

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data flows Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, Figma, PowerPoint Behavioral Competencies Solution-oriented and commercially aware Strong ownership and stakeholder management Ability to handle multiple deals in parallel Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
