Job Description

Position:

Responsibilities:

Supervise precast production of beams, steel structures, and concrete elements as per project requirements.
Plan daily/weekly production schedules in coordination with project and site teams.
Ensure quality standards, dimensional accuracy, and timely delivery of precast elements.
Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
Lead and guide plant engineers, supervisors, and workforce.
Enforce safety protocols and best construction practices.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical).
48 years’ experience in
precast production/construction plants
(preferably large infrastructure projects).
Strong knowledge of precast processes, steel handling, and concrete technology.
Leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
