Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize

  paid search (SEM)

  and

  paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads)

  strategies for eCommerce clients.
• Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable

  ROI

  and performance growth.
• Collaborate with

  account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams

  to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare

  weekly/monthly reports

  , and provide actionable insights.
• Identify

  cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

  to drive account growth.
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of

  digital marketing specialists

  ; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

  .
• Work closely with

  USA-based clients

  to understand their goals, propose strategies, and deliver results.

Requirements

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  Digital Marketing

  with expertise in SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Proven experience in managing

  eCommerce projects (mandatory)

  .
• Strong track record of working with

  USA clients

  .
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with significant

  monthly ad spends ($50K+ preferred)

  .
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable

  ROI

  from paid campaigns.
• Knowledge of

  SEO

  is a plus (not mandatory).
• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  .
• Prior experience in

  managing and mentoring a team

  of digital marketing professionals.
