The Work Innovation team at Dolby is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Analyst to join their team in Bangalore. This role will involve creating custom solutions, automations, and integrations to enhance the employee experience and streamline People & Places processes by configuring and supporting the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain HRSD & WSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Indoor Mapping, Maintenance Management, and Employee Service Center Pro. - Collaborate with People, Places & IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in ServiceNow, including evaluating and implementing AI features. - Support knowledge base governance and content accuracy across teams. - Create and maintain documentation and user guides for HRSD & WSD processes. - Assist with system upgrades, evaluate and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with IT. - Monitor system performance, resolve user-reported issues in collaboration with IT, and analyze usage metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and user adoption. - Contribute to the planning and execution of systems-related projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, with some experience in HRSD or WSD. - Passion for enhancing the digital employee experience and good understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow architecture. - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions, along with familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and maintain confidential information. - ServiceNow HRSD Fundamentals certification preferred, exposure to Virtual Agents, or other AI features in ServiceNow is a plus.,
