Key responsibilities:

1. Handling & Maintenance of microbial cultures. Isolation & identification of microbial isolates for various sources.


2. Conduct microbiological analysis tests in Raw materials, in- process, Finished Product, Finished Pack, stability samples, Raw/Potable/Purified water samples etc.


3. Conduct Microbial environmental monitoring of manufacturing Blocks, ware houses & Microbiology lab.


4. Conduct water sampling from the specified locations/ as per planner/protocol etc.


5. Lab environmental control monitoring, preparation and sterilization of media, articles, garments, media discard etc.


6. Monitoring, Operation and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.


7. Conduct media qualification by GPT and documentation of analytical data.


8. Reporting and verification of test result/ reports.


9. Compliance of schedules for microbiological testing and microbial environment monitoring.


10. Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis Performed.
