AM- Manufacturing MIS To interact with multiple CMs spread across geographies to collect data and prepare Dashboards that helps evaluate the daily,, Weekly, monthly annual performance of CM sites. Prepare Score cards that are aligned with Global KPIs. Conduct review meetings with Contract manufacturers Face to face or virtually to review their performance on defined KPI parameters. Collate information on various Trials NPIs across the sites and publish status.
