As a member of ACG Corporate, your primary responsibilities will include: - Prepare and carry out tests like MLT, Water analysis etc in Micro Lab - Ensure proper documentation - Develop and establish testing procedures - Maintain proper records - Maintain work space - Develop and sustain Quality culture across the plant - Establish a review mechanism to constantly upgrade and standardize the process In your functional core role, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing customer quality complaints (includes complaint investigation, root cause analysis and identifying the CAPA) - Ensuring closure of complaints in defined timelines with implementation of CAPA - Ensuring sustainability of QMS (Deviations, Change control, OOS, and Incident reporting) with QRM - Ensuring timely batch release - Ensuring availability of customer-specific certifications for the plant - Handling customer audits independently at the plant and providing support for the team in facing the audit Your key result areas will focus on: - Reduction of customer complaints - Improving Complaint resolution score in surveys - Reduction of internal failures (Joint responsibility with the Plant Head) - Ensuring test results reproducibility - Timely completion of facility licenses and certifications - Timely and effective CAPA replication for customer/internal Audits /APQR In terms of key interfaces, you will interact with: Internal Interfaces: - Operations - Technical Services - Q&RA / QA External Interfaces: - Customers - External agencies/vendors - FDA,
