Job Description

As a Network Implementation Specialist, your role involves deploying and supporting network infrastructure in LAN, EFM, WAN, and Security domains. Your responsibilities include: - Responding to technical support calls from customers promptly and efficiently. - Implementing, deploying, and providing L2/L3 support for network devices, LAN, WAN, Firewall, and troubleshooting configurations. - Troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and EFM. - Handling CISCO L3 and L2 Devices effectively. - Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Datacenter switching, such as Cisco Nexus and ACI. - Proficiently working with routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and optionally EIGRP and RIP. - Using WAN circuits like Metro Ethernet, MPLS, VPLS, and IPLC. - Delivering complex Maintenance and Monitoring activities for various customers. - Providing L3 Incident Management support during critical situations. - Ensuring service continuity and disaster recovery through operational validation. - Performing network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations. - Experience in network automation using scripting languages like Python, Ansible, and Jason is an added advantage. - Monitoring system performance, availability, resource utilization, and capacity planning. - Configuring, installing, testing, and ensuring operational readiness of client infrastructure. - Identifying and logging incidents with detailed information promptly. - Maintaining operational integrity of security and data networks, responding to incidents, and providing technical support as needed. - Offering remote support to clients and preparing Root Cause Analysis for critical incidents. - Working within established configuration and change management policies. - Scheduling updates for customer services and resolving high-priority issues within defined SLAs. - Handling technical and service-related inquiries from customers. - Providing insights and recommendations for network optimization. - Supporting knowledge sharing and training initiatives both internally and with customer teams. - Monitoring SLA/OLA compliance and taking necessary measures to avoid breaches during operations.
