Job Description

The Network Engineer position involves the responsibility of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the company's network infrastructure to ensure top-notch performance, security, and reliability. Your role will include configuring network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, and implementing security measures to safeguard the organization's data and resources. Your qualifications should include a BE/MCA degree. You should have hands-on experience in setting up physical network hardware and possess knowledge in various areas such as network components (Cisco Routers, ISR Routers, Cisco/Juniper Layer 3/2 Switches), network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewall, ISE, ASA Firewall), and protocols like GRE, IP-SEC, NAT, ACL. Additionally, you should be well-versed in IP addressing schemes, sub-netting, VLSM, switching protocols (STP, RSTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, VTP), Cisco ASR IOS, IOS XE, wireless networks, and monitoring tools like Solarwinds. Certifications required for this role include CCNP route, CCNA, and any cloud platform certification would be a plus. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally is also crucial. This role will require you to work in-office for 5 days a week, with a mixed posting in Faridabad and Greater Noida, and potential travel to Chennai. Strong document writing skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project management documentation artifacts are also necessary for this position.,
