1. Ready for Travelling as per the requirements
2. In depth knowledge on network technologies on LAN, WAN And TCP/IP
3. Strong Understanding & Hands on experience on Routing, Switching and wireless.
4. Cisco Routers and switches for LAN/WAN/ VLAN, experience in Cisco Wireless LAN - WLC, APs & Cisco ISE
5. Good Understanding with Fortigate, Paloalto Firewall configuration & management
6. Strong & Effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Must be able to solve highly technical complex problems.
8.Support 24*7
9.Manage Customer Network Integration and provide expertise to implement hybrid and customized network for the company.
10.Lead/drive technical L1-L2 teams, escalations point of contact for the internal level 1 and level 2 support team.
11.Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks.
12.Maintain a high quality of output and ensure completion of tasks to a target of zero errors
