Role & responsibilities

Act as an Application Lead and primary point of contact for design, build, and configuration activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET Full Stack development.
Manage and guide the team, ensuring high-quality technical decisions and execution.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical architectural and technical decisions.
Provide effective solutions to technical problems within the team and across teams.
Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and career growth.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Drive best practices in software development, coding standards, and project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
6+ years of experience
in
.NET Full Stack Development
.
Strong understanding of web development frameworks and modern web technologies.
Experience with
database management

data modeling
, and SQL-related concepts.
Familiarity with
cloud services
and application deployment strategies.
Hands-on ability to implement
software development best practices

project management standards

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable technical solutions.
Experience mentoring or leading small development teams is preferred.
