Ability to identify and resolve technical debt while designing scalable, maintainable solutions. Expertise in demonstrating AI and automation tools to improve development quality and efficiency. Experience creating proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate new ideas or backlog items. Hands-on experience in testing, debugging, and validating deliverables for reliability and performance. Familiarity with Agile practices, sprint planning, and minimizing team dependencies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience demonstrating AI, automation, or innovative Salesforce tools.
