Sr. Mgr / AGM Electrical ( Boiler exp Must ) Industry : Tyre Location : Ludhiana Qualification : Btech Regular Only Will be handling sections : 66 KVA main line & Sub station , Utility Equipments like Boiler , Compressors, Cooling Tower, 66 KV Substation , all electrical machine maintenance All section head will report to him . will handle team of 8-10 staff members and 25-30 technicians/fitter/foremen ,Liasioning with PSPCL Experience : 15 Years + , must have experience in Boiler Interested candidates email resume at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com Candidates from Punjab , Himachal , Haryana preferred CTC upto 25 LPA Role & responsibilities Planning and Ensuring Equipment (Electrical System, Utility Equipments like Boiler Compressors, Cooling Tower, 66 KV Substation) , Availability according to Production Plan. PM Plan Preparation and Ensuring Its Adherence. Analysis of Root Cause of Failure & Ensuring Implementation of Its corrective & Preventive actions. Achieves optimal electrical system operational efficiency by developing and maintaining electrical systems. Monitoring & Making plans to Control Power and Repair and Maintenance Cost. Meets departmental financial objectives by forecasting requirements and challenges, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Planning and Execution of New Projects. Plans electrical projects by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules, planning shut-downs and installations, integrating architectural and mechanical design specifications, verifying code requirements, and updating cost estimates. Completes electrical projects by supervising installations and resolving design issues. Ensuring Working of Equipment Safety Functions. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes operational objectives by managing employees. Communicates job expectations, monitoring and reviews job contributions. Optimizes engineering performance by contributing engineering recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, determining system improvements, and implementing change. Develops strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets. Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
