Job Description

Plan and execute student recruitment drives during the admission season.
Visit schools, coaching centers, and career fairs to promote the college.
Distribute brochures, admission forms, and promotional material to target groups.
Counsel prospective students and parents about course offerings, facilities, and admission procedures.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the college’s visibility.
Ensure consistent branding in all promotional materials (print, digital, and outdoor).
Coordinate with design teams or vendors for brochures, banners, hoardings, etc.
Organize open houses, seminars, webinars, and campus visits.
Manage logistics, guest invitations, promotions, and follow-ups for events.
Assist in hosting annual fests, admission expos, or parent-teacher meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, principals, and educational consultants.
Liaise with alumni for testimonials, referrals, and networking opportunities.
Coordinate with media houses for PR coverage or advertisements.
Track admission inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and feedback.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and admission statistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
