Valuation & Advisory | Bangalore-4years+

Responsibilities -

Conducting real estate research, feasibility studies, and demand-supply analysis.
Preparing financial models, market research, and highest & best use reports.
Executing and delivering valuation assignments and presentations.
Maintaining databases of projects, developers, and investors.
Managing client interactions, site inspections, and project documentation.

Requirements -

Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a Statistical discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate valuation or advisory.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and report writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple client deliverables efficiently.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional.
