Job Purpose:

The Voice Network & Capacity Management Lead is responsible for managing PAN India voice network capacity, performance, telco coordination, regulatory compliance (DND), and implementation of new voice solutions and reporting integrations. This role ensures high availability, scalability, service quality, and operational governance of the voice network.

Key Responsibilities:

(A) Capacity Management

  • Monitor PAN India NSO network link utilization.
  • Trigger capacity augmentation at 75% utilization threshold.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for network utilization.
  • Raise capacity augmentation orders based on utilization and new business requirements.

(B) Voice Solution Planning & Implementation

  • Plan, design, and implement voice solutions as per approved Pan India architecture.
  • Manage and support platforms such as Lintel, Elision, Alendei Messaging, and Oracle SBCs.
  • Ensure stability, scalability, and performance of voice infrastructure.

(C) DND Complaint Management

  • Maintain records of DND violation complaints.
  • Coordinate with customers for Opt-In evidence.
  • Ensure timely responses are submitted to NSO via Operations.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with Operations for complaint closure.

(D) Network Performance & Service Governance

  • Review network utilization reports from the Service Desk team.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and track pending SD cases.
  • Work with the SA team on failure incidents and redundancy planning.
  • Maintain trackers for Telco incidents, TATs, and support issues for monthly governance calls.

(E) Telco Voice Network Order Management

  • Lead migration of TTL links to a resilient SIP over L3 architecture.
  • Track NNI and last-mile Telco network orders.
  • Raise escalations for delayed or critical deliveries.

(F) New Features & Reporting Integration

  • Work with developers on CDR portals and HCC reports.
  • Integrate voice network with CDR portal.
  • Support development of custom reporting solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Voice Networks, SIP, SBCs, and Telco Architecture
  • Experience in capacity planning and network performance management
  • Knowledge of DND regulations and compliance processes
  • Strong coordination with Telcos, Operations, SD, SA, and Development teams
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and escalation management skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom/IT) or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Voice Network Operations or Telco Network Management
  • Experience in managing large-scale Pan India voice networks preferred
