Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition role at ABC Fitness based in Hyderabad involves being responsible for developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure that recruitment efforts align with company needs and objectives. As the primary representative of ABC Fitness, you will serve as the employer brand ambassador, leading recruitment initiatives to identify the next generation of talent that will shape the future of the organization. Your responsibilities will include devising and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, managing recruitment operations, enhancing the employer brand, and overseeing internal recruiting teams. Additionally, you will establish partnerships with stakeholders across various levels and departments globally, while also conducting headcount forecasting, generating recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in recruiting leadership within a global organization, along with expertise in recruitment technologies and analytics. Strong communication skills, the ability to recruit across all levels, and a proactive attitude towards changing priorities are essential traits for success. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and availability to work onsite in Hyderabad 2-3 times a week and for in-office events as needed is required.
