Sr. Manager - SEO

Role Overview: You will be joining as the Head of SEO for a dynamic company that provides automation solutions to HR processes. Your role will involve leading and scaling the SEO strategy across different regions, focusing on technical, content, and off-page aspects. You will be responsible for enhancing visibility across various search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants through AI automation tools, structured data, and schema markup. As a key leadership position, you will drive growth through smart automation, structured content, and data-backed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale the SEO strategy in all regions, including India, US, and Middle East. - Build visibility across search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants. - Utilize AI automation tools for keyword research, content generation, and workflow improvements. - Optimize content for AEO, answer boxes, featured snippets, and voice search. - Develop GEO strategies to increase presence on AI-driven results pages. - Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance content visibility. - Monitor SEO performance, search trends, and AI platform updates. - Collaborate with writers, developers, and designers to enhance site architecture and content. - Manage external agencies or freelancers when required. - Report regularly on performance and growth KPIs. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in fast-paced digital teams. - Deep understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. - Strong knowledge of evolving AI and search trends such as AEO, GEO, and SGE. - Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Screaming Frog, etc. - Comfortable working with AI tools for research, content creation, and audits. - Familiarity with structured data, schema, and website crawling/indexing. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience in B2B SaaS industry. - Leadership skills to guide a team or external partners. Additional Details: The company has a client base of around 8500 domestically and is now planning to expand to the US market. Some of their notable clients include OYO, RR, Dream11, One+, shadi.com. They have recently secured a Series funding of $57 million, the highest in the SaaS world. The preferred locations for this role are Hyderabad & Bengaluru. Note: B2B SaaS experience is mandatory for this role.
