Position: Sr Manager(Processed fruits) Location: Guntur Department: Sales We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead Fruit Processing Sales of both Domestic & exports also responsible for IQF operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food industry, with a deep understanding of fruit processing techniques and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and foster a culture of innovation. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of fruit processing, including sourcing, quality control, production planning, and packaging. Ensure efficient and effective implementation of IQF technology to maintain product quality and maximize output. Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment. Implement strategies to optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements to drive operational efficiency and product innovation.
