We are hiring IT professionals for a leading Pharma Industry. Purpose of Job To support laboratory applications and Handling of IT consumables and assets. Company : Leading Pharma API Industry. || Work Location: Mysore Job Title: IT Officer / Trainee CTC : 2 to 4 Lakh ( Take away home only , No Parks or benefits) Relevant Exp: 2 - 4 Years Preferred candidate profile Education. : Diploma / BSc / Btech / BCA / MCA / Msc. /PG Diploma in Computers From any API Pharmaceutical company Role & responsibilities Execution of hardware, network and software installation, configuration and maintenance/ troubleshooting of desktops and laptops. Coordination / execution of all computer systems, PLC and software related Qualification and Validation activities. The candidate should provide hands-on support for laboratory applications. The candidate should be familiar with 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP guidelines. To assist in software qualifications / verification of privileges. Preparation and support implementation of all the information Technology (IT) procedures as per GMP requirements. Electronic data backup, archival and resolution, maintenance of the respective logs. Verification of daily backup for electronic data generated for instruments. User management (Creation / modification of User IDs and passwords, assigning theprivileges upon request) for laboratory and GMP Softwares. To assist in the investigations related to software issues like, connectivity / communication failures, data missing etc. To ensure all systems, printers and servers at the site are in proper condition and Configuring Printer and its troubleshooting.(Dot-matrix printer and Bar code also) Handling of IT consumables and assets. Experience in Windows 10 Operating Systems. Coordinated with the service engineer, vendor for any issues related to software. Quickly Identifying the Network related problems and solving.(Switches, crimping and punching) Troubleshooting of Video Conference Equipment. Coordinating with Helpdesk, Server team, Network team, Field engineers and Vendors for proper follow-up till call closure. No Consulting Charges.
