Job description :- Job Title: Branch Sales Manager - Home Loans (Chennai) Function: Sales - Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) Location: Chennai Department: Sales - Home Loans (HL) Scope of Travel: High Key Stakeholders: Internal: Branch Manager, Team Members External: Customers, DSAs, Connectors, Brokers, Real Estate Agents Job Overview:- As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing sales growth opportunities at a local/area level. Your role will involve driving channel expansion and acquiring new accounts to ensure the continuous growth of the branchs business. Reporting Structure: Reports to: Branch Manager Reportees: Individual Profile (No direct reportees) Qualifications:- Education: Any Graduate Degree Experience: Required: 2 - 4 years in sales, preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP) Key Responsibilities:- Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition: Segment the market to identify potential direct clients. Approach and generate business by offering customized loan structures that align with client requirements and provide profitable margins for the business. Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the DSA/DST/Connector network to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business. Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion: Drive faster Turnaround Times (TATs) by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, thereby expanding channel presence and the customer base. Sales Operations & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture. Business Initiatives & Contests: Actively participate in initiatives and contests organized by the business team to boost overall sales performance.
