Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US region to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Build and scale a high-performing sales team to optimize lead conversion. 2. Cost Ownership Own the cost for the US market , ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth . Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC), marketing budgets, and operational expenses to improve unit economics. Collaborate with the finance team to forecast, budget, and optimize regional financial performance. 3. Market Expansion & Business Development Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with institutions, corporates, and educational bodies . Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine offerings. Develop pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and cost considerations. 4. Team Leadership & Performance Management Build, mentor, and lead a high-impact sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. 5. Customer Success & Retention Improve customer satisfaction and retention through personalized engagement and data-driven insights . Work closely with customer success teams to ensure high renewal rates and long-term partnerships . Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of sales leadership experience , preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or online education sector . Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L with strong cost management. Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, including partnerships with universities, corporates, and institutions . Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing customer acquisition costs . Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus .
