Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Head to lead our business development and relationship management efforts with colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in institutional sales, especially within the education sector, and possess the strategic mindset and leadership skills to scale our operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives to meet annual business and collections targets. Build and nurture strong relationships with colleges and universities across regions. Lead from the frontmanage, mentor, and inspire a field sales team. Ensure account growth and retention through effective relationship management. Identify new opportunities and create strategic partnerships aligned with Six Phrase’s vision. Provide market insights to support product development and strategy. Travel extensively to strengthen client relationships and expand market reach. Key Requirements: Experience: 10-15 years in sales with at least 5 years in institutional selling (preferably to colleges/universities). Leadership: Proven experience leading a regional or larger field sales team. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education sector; familiarity with IT Engineering subjects is a plus. Qualification: MBA (Preferred background in IT/Computer Science/related engineering streams). Mobility: Willing to relocate to Coimbatore for the first year and travel extensively thereafter.
