Key Responsibility:

Develop and implement a sates strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
Built and manage a high-performing sates team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
Develops and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner, ensuring a high true of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sates activities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and meet the needs of the business.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to senior management.
