  • Partner Prospecting and Onboarding
  • Process Development and Implementation
  • Training and Development of Team
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners.
  • Market Development - Building relationships with CA, Accountants, Tax practitioners
  • Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member

Skill Sets / Requirements:

  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good people and process management capabilities
  • Working experience with SME businesses
  • High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
