Sr. Manager R2R / BRS / AP / AR

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager at Metriqe in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to manage and build the accounting and finance operations to support Client deliverables and company objectives. You will play a crucial role in continuous process improvement, ad hoc project management, resource grooming, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service levels. Additionally, you will be expected to develop leaders and teams, identify capability gaps, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounting and finance operations to support Client deliverables and company objectives - Oversee any future transitions from the Clients - Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all processes - Manage ad hoc project work for both Client and Metriqe - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of service levels, including various reports - Handle resource management and ongoing grooming of resources - Demonstrate strong Customer Service ethic through active communication, updates, and meetings - Develop leaders and teams through coaching, mentoring, and motivation - Identify capability gaps and provide necessary resources to bridge them - Implement and manage process improvements and modifications - Assist team members in problem resolution Qualifications Required: - CA Qualified/ Semi-qualified - 7/10+ years of experience from a reputed company - Thorough understanding of accounting and finance processes - Experience in leading teams in the accounting/finance domain - Previous experience managing teams in an operations environment - Exposure/knowledge of international accounting standards - Global experience is desirable - Experience in a process-driven environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Astute dispute resolution skills - Strong executive presence with a flair for customer relationship management Please email your resume to hr@metriqe.com for our recruiters to get in touch with you.
