Sr. Manager R2R / BRS / AP / AR

As a Senior Manager CA / CA - INTER with 7 - 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and building the accounting and finance operations to support Client deliverables and Metriqe objectives & priorities. You will play a crucial role in any future transitions from the Clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of all processes. Your role will involve managing ad hoc project work for Clients and Metriqe, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service levels including reports both internal and to clients. Resource management and ongoing grooming of resources within your span will be under your purview. Demonstrating a strong Customer Service ethic through active communication, regular updates, and meetings will be essential. You will be expected to develop leaders and teams capable of high levels of responsibility through coaching, mentoring, and motivation. Identifying capability gaps and ensuring necessary resources are provided to bridge these gaps will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to identify, implement, and manage process improvements and modifications while assisting team members in problem resolution. To excel in this role, you should be CA Qualified/ Semi-qualified with 7/10+ years of experience from a reputed company. A thorough understanding of all processes, experience in leading teams in the accounting/finance domain, and prior exposure to an operations environment are necessary. Knowledge of international accounting standards and experience in a process-driven environment will be beneficial. Strong communication and presentation skills, dispute resolution abilities, executive presence, and customer relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.
