Sr. Manager Project Management

As a Senior Manager in the Project Management department at Symbiotec Pharmalab, located in Indore, you will play a vital role in leading the Production Planning team. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing department and a strong focus on executing Customer Centric projects. The scope of the role includes blending traditional production planning skills with specialized tasks crucial for the organization's growth, such as Regulatory and Change Management implementations, introduction of new products, and enhancing existing products with a customer-centric approach. With the company's current turnover standing at approximately Rs. 600 crores, this role is pivotal for driving the organization's success. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing internal cross-functional teams, project management, and utilizing traditional production planning expertise. You will lead interactions with the Planning and Marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of New Product Validations programs, effective coordination for Change Management initiatives in product processes and technologies, operational execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in various scenarios, as well as facilitating cross-functional decision-making for critical product and operational enhancements.
