Job Description

As the Assembly Line Manager for Electrical Products, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line operations and leading a team of 50-60 operators. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to safety standards, implementing 5S, DWM, TPM, LEAN, KAIZEN, and QCC practices, and maintaining operational efficiency. Your primary duties will include identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks in production, facilitating ramp-up processes, and ensuring proper documentation for DWM activities. It will be crucial for you to uphold all operations to standard operating procedures (SOP) and production lines (PL). To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in handling assembly lines for electrical products, demonstrable experience in team leadership, and a deep understanding of safety protocols and operational best practices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and committed to continuous improvement. This is a full-time position with the requirement number 00987X.
