Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Source to PayWe are looking for a proactive and passionate Regional Source to Pay (S2P) Manager will lead the post go-live activities of Project Keystone (Guided Buying), and continuously improve automation and efficiency in the organization, change management activities, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesWork across the region (+100 Associates) to assess and drive transformation change initiatives (e.g. tactical sourcing launch) to create and sustain world-class procurement operations and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.. Serve as a facilitator, develop and collaborate with regional Category and Operation team, and influence leadership in the transformation to and/or in support of a continuous improvement culture.. Serve as advisor on Operational Excellence policies, practices and procedures - working closely finance to drive compliance across the business.. Work closely with the regional category and operation team, to analyse, locate, and highlight opportunities to improve S2P process efficiency by driving automation roadmap For Keystone Countries:. Continuously drive automation through Project Keystone (Guided Buying) transformation for their markets (go-live countries) to create and sustain a world class procurement organization while driving efficiency across the entire P2P process for our team and the businessActively tracks metrics and reporting against objectives (saving committed in business case) in order to drive a performance culture provides input to global reporting as required on behalf of the region.. Work closely with operation and sourcing buyer group, suppliers and MCS team to maintain the supplier data and sourcing card in Ariba system.. Support the on-going training and communication to enable indirect supplier to connect Mars through Ariba Network. Train up suppliers to access Self-service over Ariba Network, which will allow them to submit electronic invoices, deliver e-catalogues, update their contact and banking information and access current invoice status and payment scheduling. Lead the knowledge transfer internally to provide training/guidance to the regional team. Actively provide external benchmark information regarding to buying channel to the regional team point out where the opportunity is to further drive automation or improve operation efficiencyQualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
University Degree, ideally Business related or supply chain, finance, procurement, engineering


Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsDemonstrated successful performance in role of similar scope and breadth. Previous management experience that includes leading successful teams. Proven Leadership, Change Management and Project Management skills. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex and/or ambiguous business environments. History of building strong stakeholder and supplier relationships. Lean experience preferred. Additional details:. Relevant financial, audit and/or operational experience preferable working with Continuous Improvement methodologies and programs. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Proven experience leading and identifying process improvements. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal & facilitation skills and the capacity to develop a network in a multicultural environment.. Demonstrated ability to influence the directions and attainment of objectives without having direct control over resources. Demonstrated strategic ability, business acumen and change leadership capability
