Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Sourcing and ProcurementThe Senior Manager - Sourcing and Procurement will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations for key categories. This role will ensure cost optimization, supply continuity, risk management, and drive value across the supply chain while aligning with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

.Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
oDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories (e.g., direct materials, indirect spend, services, CAPEX).oLead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and service.oAnalyze market trends and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost savings.oBuild category plans that align with stakeholder needs and corporate goals..Supplier Relationship & Performance Management:oDevelop strong partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.oMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards.oResolve supplier issues and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place..Procurement Operations & Compliance:oOversee end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.oCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.oIdentify and implement process improvements and procurement best practices..Team LeadershipoManage and develop a team of sourcing and procurement professionals.oProvide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive a high-performance culture.oFoster an inclusive and collaborative work environment..Financial ManagementoDeliver on annual savings targets and cost avoidance goals.oDevelop budgets and forecasts for assigned categories.oTrack and report procurement metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.

Preferred qualifications/skills

.Progressive experience in sourcing/procurement, with managerial or leadership role.
.Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management..Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar complex environment is a plus..Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills..Excellent leadership and people management capabilities..Strong communication and stakeholder management skills..Proficiency with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar)..Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed (up to 15%)..Must be authorized to work in the USA.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is %2480000 to %24100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities geographic location and internal equity
