* Lead design and validation activities for Induction Motors, BLDC Motors, and specialized electrical machines.
* Perform electrical design calculations using tools such as Ansys Maxwell, SPEED, and other motor design software.
* Conduct performance, reliability, and efficiency testing as per IS & IEC standards.
* Handle BIS certification, CE approvals, and compliance documentation.
* Carry out verification & validation tests (routine and type tests) and ensure product performance.
* Troubleshoot design and testing issues from R\&D, production, and customer end.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and optimization projects.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives, quality improvements, and 5S implementation.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers in testing and validation activities.
* Prepare test reports, technical documentation, and customer communication as required.
