Job Description

Job Purpose

The incumbent will support the execution of Air India leadership and professional development agenda, while ensuring alignment with relevant processes and collaborating with both business and HRBP stakeholders.
Responsible for enabling professional skills development to enhance employee effectiveness and productivity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose learning / capability needs and design and implement impactful learning interventions to build identified capabilities

Key Accountabilities

Support design and implementation of leadership development courses for various levels.
Assist in developing capability programs for talent groups like - high potentials, successors, and women leaders.
Support / manage execution & governance of learning courses to ensure strong delivery outcomes
Drive professional skills development aligned with Air Indias Culture Credo and Professional Skills needs
Drive learning journeys, involvement of learners manager and other methods to ensure transfer of capabilities at workplace.
Support creation of a learning culture across the organization through different methods. Track and assess success metrics of learning interventions.
Collaboration with HRBPs and business stakeholders to effectively implement the learning agenda.
Manage learning partners
Leverage digital tools for blended learning.
Contribute to the development / implementation / improvement of learning processes and tools.
Facilitate workshops from time to time
