Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive system integration strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives . Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and improve overall efficiency through integration.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of system integration specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that values continuous learning and development.

Integration Management: Manage end-to-end integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of various software systems, APIs, middleware, and integration tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in system integration.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration processes.

Quality Assurance: Establish testing protocols to validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of integrated systems. Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to proactively identify and address any issues.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, reduce manual interventions, and increase overall system efficiency.

Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experiences:

8 + years of experience as an ETL/Integration developer/engineer/architect ; 3+ years management experience

5 years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor.

3+ years of programming experience in writing Linux and Shell scripts

7 years of experience setting up, monitoring , and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs

Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.

Experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services like Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API Management, Cloud Integration Hub Experience in Cloud API Gateway configuration.

Proven experience in system integration management, preferably in a complex and large-scale IT environment.

Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.

Proficiency in programming languages, API integration, and data transformation.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.

Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP) can be a plus.

Not Required but preferred experience:

Public speaking and presentation skills.
