Sr Manager - Front Office Support

Role Overview: You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the M&G plc group, as a Senior Manager in Front Office Support within the Asset Management Tech and Change function. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the Investment application service owner, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Front Office Application support team and manage Incident Management within the Front Office area. - Drive Service Improvement initiatives with the Front Office Application support team. - Prioritize the Front Office book of work in consultation with stakeholders. - Identify concerns or areas for improvement in workflows and coordinate with Aladdin ASM, BlackRock, and Aladdin Change managers for resolution. - Understand the entire Trade Life Cycle and prioritize issues based on criticality. - Promote the use of Aladdin across the business. - Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Failover activities. - Resolve queries related to Business critical applications such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, WSO, etc. - Be available to work in 3 different time zones on a rotation basis and over the weekend for business critical activities. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of Investment Life Cycle, Aladdin Platform, Trading Venues & OMS/EMS, FIX messages, Market Data, Financial Asset Classes, and Market Regulations. - Desirable hands-on experience in Front Office Applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg, WSO. - Familiarity with ITIL guiding principles, Excel, and support tools such as Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, CMDB. - 8-10 years of corporate experience with asset management firms, including 3 years in Service Management. - Experience in fast-paced agile environments and working in cross-functional teams.,
