Sr. Manager - FP&A

As the Corporate Finance Planning Division Lead for our client, your role will be crucial in overseeing and creating all corporate reporting for internal management. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the long-range financial model, as well as other corporate models. Your assistance to senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the corporate finance planning division for the client, ensuring efficient and effective financial planning processes. - Oversee and create all corporate reporting for internal management, providing accurate and timely information. - Maintain and enhance the long-range financial model and other corporate models for improved decision-making. - Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. - Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities, including functional spend and impact assessment of various initiatives. - Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast to drive business growth. - Maintain consistency and quality of support across corporate functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Gather and synthesize data from various sources, managing uniformed data to facilitate informed decision-making. - Review and perform monthly reconciliation of legal structure between ERP and One Stream structure for accuracy. - Responsible for data loads and rollup into the consolidation system from ERP, verifying results for the corporate division. - Assist the controller with cash flow forecasting tasks, collaborating with the team to track cash inflows and outflows. - Engage in long-term planning of cash flows and location of funds within entities to optimize financial resources. Qualifications Required: - CA & MBA from a reputed management institution with 10+ years of financial management/accounting experience preferred. - Past experience working in an MNC or a top-tier management consulting organization. - Strong knowledge and understanding of finance principles to drive strategic financial decisions. - High technical proficiency in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with financial and statistical finance tools. - Familiarity with Power BI, databases, SQL, and advanced modeling for data analysis and reporting. - Ability to present financial data effectively using visualization tools, reports, and charts to facilitate decision-making processes.,
