Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

Familiar with Production & manufacturing process in forging & rolling.Knowledge of fasteners & related process.working knowledge of computer in excel & power point.Knowledge of Quality circle,5-s, lean etc.Daily production planningHaving good knowledge of cold Forging / rolling / CNC/ CLG / Tooling exp.Good knowledge of computer PPT / Excel/Word / AutoCADGood presentation skillProduction, Manpower planning in the section.Driving Improvement activities in Department.Involvement in new part development in section.Daily disposal of rejection/reworkControl of consumables in section.To Provide on job trainings to new contractual employees including safety and quality.Work for elimination of abnormalities.Driving & Involvement in improvement/ Kaizen activities
