Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Planning

• Financial Analysis & Insights

  : Conduct in-depth

  financial analysis

  and provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decision-making.

• Audit Management

  : Coordinate and lead the

  annual audit process

• Cash Flow & Investments

  : Manage

  cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies

  to optimize financial resources.

• Month-End & Year-End Close

  : Ensure accurate and timely

  month-end and year-end close processes

• Risk Management

  : Identify and proactively

  mitigate financial risks

  to safeguard the company's assets.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  : Collaborate effectively with other departments to support overall business objectives and achieve synergistic results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Inter CA certification is mandatory

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the

  Cafe/Restaurant industry

  .
• Strong expertise in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead an accounting team.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic financial planning.
• Experience in coordinating and leading audit processes.
• Excellent cash flow management and investment strategy skills.
• Strong understanding of financial risk identification and mitigation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and with senior management.

Qualifications

• Inter CA certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally with exposure to the hospitality or F&B sector.
