Sr. Manager, Construction - Capital Projects

As a Senior Manager in the India Market Unit - Capital Projects at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing medium to large-scale capital projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Planning, monitoring, and control by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrating expertise in functional processes and domain experience throughout the project lifecycle, such as Engineering Planning and Execution, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Planning, Budget Monitoring, and Contract Lifecycle Management. - Utilizing MIS and Reporting skills to generate insightful reports, conduct periodic reviews, and facilitate meetings at all levels. - Proficiency in planning tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project for creating and monitoring schedules. - Experience in the steel/metals industry for project-related activities is an added advantage. - Knowledge and experience in digital technologies such as IoT, Automation, and IT systems like SAP are beneficial. Qualifications required for this role: - Solid experience in the construction sector. - Previous consulting firm experience is preferred. - Strong customer-facing skills and a successful track record in selling and delivering consulting engagements. - Comfortable working with senior executives and C-Suite level individuals within client organizations.
